Entrepreneurs who already understand the need to manage company processes can find many tools to help them with it. But the problem is that people don't really want to use many different products — they want to use all tools in one product.
Uspacy is an online service, a single digital workspace for organizing the daily processes of small and medium-sized companies which are: modern communication in a team, people operations, collaboration, tasks, business processes and CRM.
Uspacy's answer
Uspacy is an all-in-one concept that combines tools for team communication, collaboration and CRM while most products in the world are developing only for one function. Therefore, our online service completely covers the needs of companies that understand the need to organize their daily processes, but don’t want to use a lot of different products. They don’t want to have several accounts in the services and pay separately for using each of them. Within the single workspace of Uspacy, they can work together on tasks, create groups, and join the thematic discussions with colleagues. It’s possible to communicate using messages and exchange photos, files and documents in chats. They can manage sales and client relations, as well as create their own corporate social network with a newsfeed, posts, comments and likes. All of the listed above is available in one browser window.

It’s easy to customize it according to the needs of users, and the use of a modern API-based architecture expands the possibilities of the space, enabling it for integration with other systems and services. Because we don’t just create international sites, but also constantly expand the physical presence of Uspacy in world markets, applying the Glocal concept. Therefore, we not only translate texts into the language of users, but also take into account the cultural and business characteristics of a specific country. Uspacy's answer
The idea of developing Uspacy appeared in the spring of 2022. Four old friends, and now co-founders, decided to unite and develop a cool, unique product that would be known all over the world. We had a lot of experience working with similar sets of tools, so we clearly understood how these services are organized and what exactly users need. So we created a team and started our own way. Less than ten months later, a completely Ukrainian, but global, international product appeared, which we go on developing with consideration of the specifics of markets of presence. It helps businesses around the world to organize their daily work processes and promotes the development of an entrepreneurial culture through the use of modern online tools.
Uspacy's answer
When developing Uspacy, we use modern technologies that meet today's requirements. In particular: — API-based architecture to expand the possibilities of space in the future. This is possible thanks to the open and documented API that we use ourselves; — advanced Kubernetes and KEDA mechanisms, thanks to which you can individually scale each of our services based on metrics from dozens of sources at the same time; — microservices that make the system more flexible and stable and ensure uninterrupted operation of sections.
And in order to guarantee users a high level of security, we use: — triple backup of user files for uninterrupted access to databases, even in case of physical destruction of the data center; — two-factor authentication (OTP) to protect the system from various threats, and employee data and important documentation from prying eyes; — digital protections: separate SSL certificates for each space, data encryption, 24/7 monitoring, hot backup and backup using Amazon Web Services tools.
Trello excels as a task planning tool, and I appreciate its user-friendly interface, especially when using it on a smartphone. Its mobile app is incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay organized and connected on the go. I appreciate how it streamlines collaboration without unnecessary complexities.
Incorporating Trello into my daily workflow has been a game-changer. It is an incredibly intuitive and versatile tool that has significantly boosted my productivity. What I particularly love about Trello is the visual aspect of its interface - the board and card system makes it easy to visualize my tasks and progress. The ability to create different boards for different projects or areas of work helps to keep everything organized and easy to manage. Adding, moving, and categorizing tasks are just a drag-and-drop away, making it straightforward and efficient. The flexibility to customize each card with due dates, labels, checklists, attachments, and even members has been beneficial in tracking the status of various tasks and deadlines.
he collaborative features are another huge plus. Sharing boards and tasks with colleagues, and being able to comment directly on cards, makes team projects and communication a breeze. On the go, I have found the Trello mobile app to be just as user-friendly and functional as the desktop version, allowing me to stay on top of my tasks no matter where I am. Overall, Trello has proved to be an invaluable tool in managing my daily tasks and enhancing productivity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their workflow.
I have been using Trello for a couple of years now and I must say, it's a great tool for organising tasks and collaborating with team members. It's simple to use, has a nice interface, and the mobile apps are great for on-the-go productivity.
One of the best things about Trello is its flexibility. You can use it for almost any type of project, whether it's a personal to-do list or a complex team project. The ability to create multiple boards and add unlimited cards and lists makes it a great tool for keeping track of everything from the big picture to the minute details.
However, while Trello is a good tool, I don't think it's the best option out there. For one thing, the free version is quite limited in terms of features and functionality. You'll have to upgrade to a paid plan to get access to things like integrations, power-ups, and more. Additionally, I've found that Trello can be a bit slow at times, especially when you have a lot of boards and cards.
Based on our record, Trello seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 231 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Trello stands out for its unique board and card system, offering a visual approach to task management that is both flexible and user-friendly. It's not just a shared to-do list app; it's a complete project management tool that can be tailored to any couple's needs. Couples can create boards for different aspects of their lives, like household chores, vacation planning, or even meal planning. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago

We recently got back from a big trip, and that reminded me I’ve been meaning to publish a tip on how Trello has saved me a lot of time and hassle around travel – and how to set it up so that it can benefit you as well. I’m a big fan of kanban boards in general but this may have helped me more than any other. - Source: dev.to / 9 months ago

Trello. Was our tool for managing task boards. Depending on who held the position of Delivery Head of BSA, boards were created by different individuals, sometimes not even within the organization but on personal accounts. This led to the problem that there was no real history of the boards. As a result, for almost every Academy, we had to recall the number of tasks that needed to be completed at each stage.
