Uspacy's answer
Uspacy is an all-in-one concept that combines tools for team communication, collaboration and CRM while most products in the world are developing only for one function. Therefore, our online service completely covers the needs of companies that understand the need to organize their daily processes, but don’t want to use a lot of different products. They don’t want to have several accounts in the services and pay separately for using each of them. Within the single workspace of Uspacy, they can work together on tasks, create groups, and join the thematic discussions with colleagues. It’s possible to communicate using messages and exchange photos, files and documents in chats. They can manage sales and client relations, as well as create their own corporate social network with a newsfeed, posts, comments and likes. All of the listed above is available in one browser window.

It’s easy to customize it according to the needs of users, and the use of a modern API-based architecture expands the possibilities of the space, enabling it for integration with other systems and services. In addition, it doesn’t matter the industry in which the clients work, the scale of their business, the structure of the company and the territorial location it has. Because we don’t just create international sites, but also constantly expand the physical presence of Uspacy in world markets, applying the Glocal concept. Uspacy's answer
The idea of developing Uspacy appeared in the spring of 2022. Four old friends, and now co-founders, decided to unite and develop a cool, unique product that would be known all over the world. We had a lot of experience working with similar sets of tools, so we clearly understood how these services are organized and what exactly users need. So we created a team and started our own way. Less than ten months later, a completely Ukrainian, but global, international product appeared, which we go on developing with consideration of the specifics of markets of presence. It helps businesses around the world to organize their daily work processes and promotes the development of an entrepreneurial culture through the use of modern online tools.
Uspacy's answer
When developing Uspacy, we use modern technologies that meet today's requirements. In particular: — API-based architecture to expand the possibilities of space in the future. This is possible thanks to the open and documented API that we use ourselves; — advanced Kubernetes and KEDA mechanisms, thanks to which you can individually scale each of our services based on metrics from dozens of sources at the same time; — microservices that make the system more flexible and stable and ensure uninterrupted operation of sections.
And in order to guarantee users a high level of security, we use: — triple backup of user files for uninterrupted access to databases, even in case of physical destruction of the data center; — two-factor authentication (OTP) to protect the system from various threats, and employee data and important documentation from prying eyes; — digital protections: separate SSL certificates for each space, data encryption, 24/7 monitoring, hot backup and backup using Amazon Web Services tools.
It's a great tool for planning tasks conveniently. It's pretty straightforward to use, which is a big plus. You can tweak it to fit your own way of doing things, which is handy.
When we needed a tool large enough to support ongoing marketing projects, Monday was the best solution that was trialled in comparison to other alternative platforms that didn't scale as well with our needs.
Based on our record, monday.com seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 335 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Some tools that I would use to stay organized include Jira, monday.com, Notion, or Trello. Each has its own advantages. Personally, I use monday dev. It lets you keep track of all your projects and tasks in one place and collaborate with your team in real time. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
With the newer, online work management tools that have project management features (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.), several have free versions and you have the ability to create a custom field that you can use for the assignee, ignoring the built-in field that requires a licensed user or guest. I'm thinking about using small to medium group projects in my classroom to teach students the basics of project management (breaking big tasks into smaller ones, assigning roles, identifying dependencies, estimating effort/duration, tracking progress, etc.) I can do it using google sheets, but I was curious if anyone here has leveraged online tools like monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc. In the educational space. I've made my life a LOT easier by starting an organized task list - I used monday.com but you can use whatever works best for you. I categorized things by small, medium and large projects, and low-med-high priorities. Source: 5 months ago
