I think that RM should consider a solution such as UserVoice which will let the user community vote on what critical bug fixes or new features we feel are most important. Title says it all. I've been lucky enough to get passed resume screenings but when they give me a take home coding assessment that's timed, I just can't do it. I think what I've been struggling the most is figuring out what to prepare and how. I've been asked all sorts of weird questions.
