Not only an intuitive dashboard, but also seamless guides for WhatsApp Business and Telegram integration, which are a must these days for any online business. Tiledesk made my life so much easier and worry-free thanks to its built-in chatbots that are firstly, 0 code, and secondly, smart enough to handle the most repetitive customers' queries on their own. Cannot begin to tell you how much time and resources I've managed to save! The icing on the cake: the option of having separate departments for each team, such as Sales and Support, which would receive only relevant customer-related issues through smart routing. We found Tiledesk very easy to use and integration friendly. We use Tiledesk's free template and modify it according to our business in less than 2 hours, and it's an excellent assistant for our customer service team. In the future probably, we change and modify the code as it is open source.
