I think we'll continue to see an increased use of AI, such as for texture synthesis (including PBR material maps). There are pretty interesting services you can try out such as BariumAI. However, I think AI texture synthesis works best to create materials that don't exist in real life, or only in limited form. On Mac I use Audiofinder and love it. Out analyzes all your samples, let's you hear them with plugins, reverse the sample, change the pitch, etc. And then when you find what you like I just stay and drop it onto Ableton. Https://icedaudio.com/site/. Source: almost 3 years ago
