Forgot it in my other comment but there's also soundly, which is like a sound-effects version of splice which comes with it's own database tool. It can also index local files but not sure if it only lets you do that with a subscription, maybe worth trying out as the professional tools I named are quite expensive. I don't know exactly where the metadata is usually stored and if it's easily readable with basic OS tools, so it might be worth digging a bit deeper into your game library.
