I downloaded the data for this one ride from Garmin Connect and uploaded it to Strava via the "Upload Activity" page on strava.com. The upload seemed to go just fine, but the ride STILL doesn't show up on my Strava dashboard. Source: about 1 year ago

Yes. My activity feed won't load, including activity feeds at the bottom of people's profiles. I cleared all the website data, cache, and cookies for strava.com out of Safari, reloaded, and it worked on the first load, but went back to being broken after that. Very confusing. I thought CoolRunnings was the originator but then they point zenLabs, amazon eBooks and active.com. Everything feels really scammy & scuzzy Ads on free Apps. I was looking into this two years ago and just gave up. Cool idea but now a mess. Source: about 1 year ago

Chargeback would be against active.com and they can of course refuse future business with you, means you're not racing anything anymore basically. I personally suggest dealing with IM first. Source: over 1 year ago
Yeah I was just saying to my friends, we used to be able to use the travel agents but even when we registered ourselves it was stressful but we never really had a problem. Like when they were using the active.com website you could have everyone in there, and get it done in 5 mins, maybe waited a half hour.
