Gathering this information requires back-and-forth communication between the reporter of the issue and the team trying to resolve the issue. Redpen eliminates the back-and-forth communication combining user input with automatically collected information including user, device and application context. Redpen is an all-in-one feedback and bug reporting tool that can combine text input, static images, screen recording, and the ability to annotate screenshots and videos.
