And many more features.
Based on our record, Odoo seems to be a lot more popular than Copper. While we know about 13 links to Odoo, we've tracked only 1 mention of Copper. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I've seen Copper CRM work quite well for contractors (assuming that your team is using or open to using Google Workspace - if you're not using Google Workspace, I'd probably ask why not? But then recommend you to use Pipedrive if you're not willing to switch to Google Workspace). Source: over 2 years ago

My own experience from more or less freelancing: If you create an account on a preconfigured server without setting it up on a machine of your own, e.g. On odoo.com / odoo.sh, or cloudpepper.io/ and don't need very specific configurations done, plus are willing to try out and learn a lot (we're speaking about days, not hours, depending on what you need even more than a week) you can do it on your own. I hope I understand correctly but I cannot change the alias to a custom domain, it has to end in odoo.com. The alias that the new company's tickets are being directed to is connected to its own incoming server and it is used regularly. Source: almost 2 years ago
If you are looking for an ERP, check out odoo.com Everything you mention is possible and it's not that expensive imo. Source: about 2 years ago
Leantime and Odoo are also good options. Https://leantime.io/ Https://odoo.com (search community edition). Source: over 2 years ago
