Feedbucket is the most simple to install and use, it doesn't require any installation from the users who will test your website, and yet has the most complete list of features among comparable tools.

We are independent developers, and we have built Feedbucket primarily for small developer agencies who need to organize their client Feedback in the most efficient way.

What's the story behind your product?

Feedbucket's answer:

As developers, we were frustrated by some of the shortcomings of the most popular feedback apps, so we simply decided to make our own with all the features and simplicity we were wishing for.
