It's my go to tool when picking colors: https://paletton.com/ You start with the base, and then also get gradients to adjacent colors in the palette. Could use a pipeline to this one website that scans colors from images and states their name, could be a quick new command like a special screenshot that is sent and scanned then named. I'm not sure if you have budget for this but companies like https://imgix.com/ and https://supabase.com/docs/guides/storage/serving/image-transformations let you do image transforms on the fly through url query params.
