Another option, for a dedicated ticketing/helpdesk system, is osTicket. Self-hosted is completely free, and I had it up and running inside of an hour, from creating a fresh Debian LXC, installing Apache/MariaDB/PHP8.1, and uploading the requisite files for osTicket followed by the initial setup. I'm a believer in failing fast. You might start with something like https://unbounce.com. They have a 14 day free trial. I'm not against spending money to drive traffic, you just want to get something for your ad spend even if it's not leads. In your case you want data.
