You might take a look at mynetdiary.com where you can find out what your daily calorie intake should be (and also track calories and exercise). 1800 seems high (to me) but you can confirm. Also, exercise should probably be 5 times a week. Source: 12 months ago
I use mynetdiary.com. There is a free and a paid version. I use the paid version but it was recommended to me by friends who use the free version. I don't know the difference but the free version may work for you. Source: about 1 year ago
I use mynetdiary.com and it decreases my calorie allotment as I lose. (It does feel a bit like punishment to be rewarded with less food for losing.). Source: about 1 year ago
MyNetDiary is what I switched to after MyFitnessPal, it has free bacode scanner with good data base. Source: over 1 year ago
Just go to strava.com (it can't be done from the app), go to the run, and click "correct distance". Source: 10 months ago
I downloaded the data for this one ride from Garmin Connect and uploaded it to Strava via the "Upload Activity" page on strava.com. The upload seemed to go just fine, but the ride STILL doesn't show up on my Strava dashboard. Source: 11 months ago
You can use other route finder like strava.com , komoot.com, ridewithgps.com. Source: almost 1 year ago
Yes. My activity feed won't load, including activity feeds at the bottom of people's profiles. I cleared all the website data, cache, and cookies for strava.com out of Safari, reloaded, and it worked on the first load, but went back to being broken after that. Seems to work fine in Firefox though. Source: about 1 year ago
Has anyone else noticed that the pace in the promotional post (part of the welcome screen on strava.com) holds erroneous metrics? Source: about 1 year ago
