If you are learning Digital Art there are really good Digital programs like Krita + Medibang that are free on PC. I love CSP but with the way they've been going, I don't feel like it's proper to recommend them :C - I have used Krita and Medibang for my job and genuinely, nobody can tell the difference. If you have a computer that can run a graphics program, you could do digital art and comissions. There are a number of free programs out there - Photopea is free but online only, Medibang works on Windows/Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android and appears to be free across all platforms. Use the free photopea.com. Close the top blue banner, if there is one, by clicking the X. Then load your photo and use the Color Replacement brush from the left tool bar to paint over the area with the new color. Select the new color first, so it appears in the palette at the bottom of the tool bar.
