If you are learning Digital Art there are really good Digital programs like Krita + Medibang that are free on PC. I love CSP but with the way they've been going, I don't feel like it's proper to recommend them :C - I have used Krita and Medibang for my job and genuinely, nobody can tell the difference. If you have a computer that can run a graphics program, you could do digital art and comissions. There are a number of free programs out there - Photopea is free but online only, Medibang works on Windows/Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android and appears to be free across all platforms.
