I am in the process of closing down my accounts with Intuit (Mint.com & Credit Karma). I've downloaded the appropriate data from them but was directed to contact Mailchimp.com to close my account there as well. The problem is that I've never actually had a mailchimp.com account. I think that RM should consider a solution such as UserVoice which will let the user community vote on what critical bug fixes or new features we feel are most important.
