  • Alternatives to Lottiefiles
The original Lottie by Airbnb, is offered for free and allows us to implement the bodymovin json files into web and mobile apps, which is also very cool. (https://airbnb.design/lottie/). Source: about 1 year ago
  • Problem on KivyMD application that use camera4kivy
    # see https://lottiefiles.com/ for examples and https://airbnb.design/lottie/. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Which JS animation library do you use? Looking for the best performance and easiest implementation.
Sometimes you want the animator/designer to be able to completely own the animation process and build with no-code--and you just embed their creation and own interactivity. Lottie was king here for a while. Rive is in same space and I've heard good things. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Sharingan into a Mangekyou animation loader created using SwiftUI
This is a great exercise but for those not familiar with it, production apps should generally use Lottie for something like this: https://airbnb.design/lottie/. Source: over 1 year ago
  • [Hiring] I need a very simple HTML animation. Can someone help me with this? More than happy to pay for it!
This is a popular tool to get AE animations on the web Lottie Maybe that could work for you. I know you’re looking to hire someone but it’s just a suggestion. Source: over 1 year ago

  • Most valuable skills in design?
Before UX, I was an Industrial Designer. I used Solidworks and KeyShot (and some Unreal Engine for Arch Viz). If you don't plan on doing Arch Viz or serious ID, then you should look at other 3D programs that's easier to learn. Check out: https://spline.design/, Adobe's (I forgot which one), or Vectary. I personally prefer Spline. I haven't touched it in awhile though cos I have been coding more lately. Source: 5 months ago
  • Hey guys 👋 i need help what should I have to learn first Blender or Maya .
You could start with Spline right from a web browser for free. It’s fairly new but very approachable for a total 3D newbie and you could offer your work to web builder who need to inject 3D into their websites with ease, and you can export AR experiences for iOS devices. Then you can move up to Blender to create more complex scenes. https://spline.design. Source: 9 months ago
  • Is there a similar tool to this one?
I just started making 3d models and stumbled upon https://spline.design/, this thing is like the Figma of 3D but it paid and I cannot export my models, I have a shitty low-end laptop but it works well (i3 10 gen, 8GB, and SSD) please recommend a tool that has the same functionality keeping in mind my restraints. (I just want to make 3d assets for websites or games and export them in gltf, glb, stl formats). Source: 12 months ago
  • I made a 3D editor that models in pure CSS+HTML
It's just a cool tech demo that pushes CSS to its limits, but it's completely useless if you want to create usable 3d models. If you want to model in the browser, you can check out vectary, playcanvas, or spline. Source: about 1 year ago
  • How is this done?
If you have a .gltf file with high quality textures this can be done using Spline Design. Source: about 1 year ago
