Https://aggie.io/ - Proper artist-y program, layers, different brush styles, all the works, if you want something in-depth, this is perfect Https://jspaint.app/ - A favorite of mine, an web-based old school MSPaint clone, doesn't have newer MSpaint features but it's great for Aliased(no transparency) and Pixel art :D.
