For the Kanban experience, I was using Kanboard. It is perfect for Project management and it allows for relations between the cards as well. It is also solid in terms of stability. I use UML quite a bit but it's never really what I'm after, somnething more modern and fluid and gui driven that more people can use. Icepanel [1] looks really cool but I haven't tested it and I'm not sure it really fits my use case.
