I use KanbanFlow as my personal task manager. I've designed a board around the One Minute To-Do List concept of Michael Linenberger with bins (i.e., columns) corresponding to Linenberger's three urgency "zones", or categories: Critical Now, Opportunity Now, and Over the Horizon, and, of course, a final bin labeled Done. Trello - Infinitely flexible. Incredibly easy to use. Great mobile apps. It's free. Trello keeps track of everything, from the big picture to the minute details.
