I use KanbanFlow as my personal task manager. I've designed a board around the One Minute To-Do List concept of Michael Linenberger with bins (i.e., columns) corresponding to Linenberger's three urgency "zones", or categories: Critical Now, Opportunity Now, and Over the Horizon, and, of course, a final bin labeled Done. Aha.io do great pop ups - top right small box, always announcing new features / improvements / events / blog posts that are relevant. It's helped me really learn the tool more and shows me that there's always improvements and activity from the dev team. Source: almost 3 years ago
