Umm my current job I was found by an internal recruiter threw hired.com. I have gotten multiple interviews where I directly applied for the roll. This include final round. Source: 5 months ago
I don't like LinkedIn, but in Canada, there are excellent offers at Indeed.com, Levels.fyi and my favorite Hired.com, a friend also recommended simplify.jobs. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
Are those private hiring boards worth it? (hired.com, otta.com, underdog.io, etc). Source: 8 months ago
You're not the first to come up with this idea by the way. https://hired.com/ for example does this. Source: 10 months ago
Have you considered contract work? It would get your foot in the door and get you a paycheck. Get a free resume review at https://www.topresume.com/ and make sure your LI profile matches it. Also, do a search on your job position and make sure you are maximizing key words so the ATS picks up your resume. You can also post your resume to hired.com and let companies interview you. Best of luck! Source: 11 months ago
In the US, even just looking at indeed and filtering out the scam ones there's tons of applications I can send out each day for companies I've never heard of before. Awesome! Thanks for the advice. I'd never heard of greenhouse.io or lever.co but I'll def check them out. Source: 12 months ago
Correct, the field is marked as required and I can't progress if it's blank. I see this all the time on sites like lever.co . Source: 12 months ago
God I love Lever so much. Whoever made Lever doesn't know just how much I appreciate them, fighting against those cursed portals like Workday, ICIMS, and Brassring to make the grueling application process so much more bearable just by being simple and friendly. Every time I see an internship application direct to a lever.co site, I have a small celebration in my brain. Thank you Lever. Source: almost 1 year ago
Basically the title. If I'm going to apply for google, microsoft, etc. I would totally go through the process and fill out the application form. But sometimes I just randomly want to pass my CV and see what sticks. In that case, I just want to limit myself to companies that only need a CV and have a one-click submission process like lever.co.
