Umm my current job I was found by an internal recruiter threw hired.com. I have gotten multiple interviews where I directly applied for the roll. This include final round. Source: 5 months ago
I don't like LinkedIn, but in Canada, there are excellent offers at Indeed.com, Levels.fyi and my favorite Hired.com, a friend also recommended simplify.jobs. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
Are those private hiring boards worth it? (hired.com, otta.com, underdog.io, etc). Source: 8 months ago

Have you considered contract work? It would get your foot in the door and get you a paycheck. Get a free resume review at https://www.topresume.com/ and make sure your LI profile matches it. I'd say I am not anti social, and I do get along well with people. No problem working in a team or by myself. I definitely get what you're saying though about looking like another It guy, but I just don't know what to edit. I wonder if my resume even makes it to a real person and isn't just being thrown out.
