Kudos to Fri, the product is everything competitors within this sector offer or desire to in the future. Countless options, functionality, and customizable elements. I have used/tested a series of these CRM options (Zoho - Good, ramps up in $ when you grow above 3 users - feature-packed. Salesforce - Not until Med/Large users, and then it has less competition. Pipedrive, monday, hubspot, keep, kaep, and others. None offer what Friday CRM provides. As business forensic science masters, we particularly like the maximization and optimization laced throughout. Negatives? Minimal, skins/covers, or customizable appearance options. Being able to rename the link address, or it takes your business name virtuspropter.friday rather than random six letters .friday Summary, it is currently unlimited, users, storage, features, zero cost, now and forever.
