I have used/tested a series of these CRM options (Zoho - Good, ramps up in $ when you grow above 3 users - feature-packed. Salesforce - Not until Med/Large users, and then it has less competition. Pipedrive, monday, hubspot, keep, kaep, and others. None offer what Friday CRM provides. As business forensic science masters, we particularly like the maximization and optimization laced throughout. Negatives? Minimal, skins/covers, or customizable appearance options. Being able to rename the link address, or it takes your business name virtuspropter.friday rather than random six letters .friday Summary, it is currently unlimited, users, storage, features, zero cost, now and forever. I am free to use any existing library or whatnot, what I was wondering is how easy it is to implement and deploy. I'm not being asked to build a full live chat from scratch, just try and implement a solution that won't add monthly charges to the predicted monthly cost of the website (ie pre-made solutions such as livechat.com that would cost atleast $16/mo).
