• For "power-users" who use *both* Windows and Mac/macbooks, do you find it easy and as efficient to switch between the two on a daily basis? Or should I dedicate myself to ONE OS?

  Install CopyClip 2. That Win+V feature for clipboard history on Windows is AMAZING. Unfortunate that Mac doesn't have this build in. CopyClip 2 is alright, I've bound alt+V to toggle the menu, which works similar enough to the Windows feature, it's just not that fast. • Looking for a clipboard manager. Any suggestions?

  I’ve been using CopyClip for years. It’s text only though. The old version is free but the new one is paid. I think you can still find the free one on the App Store. It works well and doesn’t take up much resources. Yippy looks awesome though! Does it take up much memory/cpu? Source: almost 3 years ago

• Suggest a text expander/ Clipboard app for my use case

  Typeit4Me: The original expander, I think. It's great and offers features not offers on others. Maybe more importantly, the crew behind it (a father and son) are great. • Predictive Text app

  Typeit4me: the original text expander for macOS. The feature set is the best I’ve found for my needs and text expansion is very fast. The UI is a bit long in the tooth, but version 3 with an updated UI is in the works. Also, customer service is great. It’s a family business and inquiries are answered quickly and comprehensively. • Fellow comment copy/posters, what’s your go-to software for compiling?

  I use a text expander (TypeIt4Me, but there are a lot on the market). I can divide up the comments into active sets, so I can have sets for a particular class or homework, a set for grade grubbers, etc. I can even include variables and hyperlinks in my expansion.
