   Our entire team has been using Clariti for the past 3 months. I should say that our team communication has improved a lot. Once we started using TopicFolder concept (it was initially a bit difficult to understand as the concept was both new and unique) where all the related communication like chat, email, shared documents, calls, social feeds and to-dos are stored in one place, me or my team never had to search for anything. Now, all our teammates are comfortable using TopicFolders. We also liked the option to add or remove other participants from group chat and “Chat from email” features. They are powerful and unique. The number of emails in our inboxes has reduced considerably and all our conversations are getting arranged in TopicFolders automatically even while we are away. We did not have any issues using Clariti and we are now planning to upgrade to the premium

• Calendar advice for home + work?

  I use an app called Fantastical (https://flexibits.com/fantastical). I believe it is macOS/iOS only, but there might be alternatives with work with other systems. Basically, I add in my work Office365 account and my personal iCloud and it shows everything together. Whenever I'm making an appointment, I just check that rather than my Outlook calendar.   Looks like most of your issues are with the calendar. For this I highly recommend an app dedicated to this, like Fantastical, BusyCal, Calendar366 or even a native ios calendar app. These apps have clients for ios, macos and even watchos. • Productivity apps - recommendations needed

  I personally have been trying out Fantastical and it literally is life changing doing everything in a calendar. You can make a recurring event or something and have it notify you whenever you want. The time limit can be achieved by just creating the duration. Although I'm unsure about the "mark as done" functionality. Source: about 1 year ago

• Whats your favourite app that can work as a calendar and also effectively time-block out tasks?

  By 2022, I was hot and heavy on Todoist. It seemed like a great solution and had a ton of integrations, but it lacked in a few areas. There was no calendar view in the app. That’s not so bad, since I do most of the scheduling in Google Calendar. But it is a little tough when try to add to-dos and see where they fit into your schedule (time blocking). Also, Todoist has this whole “thing” about being minimalist, but... Source: over 1 year ago
