What is it? ChurnTarget helps you detect your customers that may soon be leaving your SaaS. By doing this, you can reach out to them before they actually leave, giving you more time to convince them to stay.
How does it work? There's nearly no integration to be made to make it work. You have to gather your customer's information in an excel, and upload it to your dashboard on our website, and initiate your report. Machine Learning algorithms will then go through your data, and find links between previous churns to give you a list of the customers which are the most likely to churn in the following weeks.
When will this be live? This is still an early version but we expect it to be ready in the following weeks. If you're interested, you can already sign up and talk to us. I have sent them some user stories, complete with storyboard images. I am not a beta participant though. I suggested that it would be helpful if they rolled out something like UserVoice's Feedback Manager, so there is transparency to what's in the request queue and where we users can formally vote on the value of a given feature suggestion. I think that RM should consider a solution such as UserVoice which will let the user community vote on what critical bug fixes or new features we feel are most important.
