Bordio's answer

✅ Bordio solves your problem better than competitors. ✅ Bordio is beautiful & user-friendly ✅ Bordio is affordable (our pricing starts from 5$/user)

How would you describe your primary audience?

Bordio's answer

Bordio was made for teams from any industry. If you have at least 2 people in your team, Bordio can help you organize your work and get things done. 🔥

What's the story behind your product?

Bordio's answer

We had a problem while running a digital marketing agency: we couldn't properly plan our employees' time using existing project management tools. Our teammates worked on tens of projects at once, and we needed a place to see their ultimate plan for each day (usually, they had 4-7 tasks a day across 3-4 projects). None of the existing project management tools offered that, so we decided to build it ourselves. 😎

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Bordio's answer

We used ReactJS, Typescript, and Node.js

  1. Very convenient and simple application.

Bordio is an all-in-one productivity platform. It integrates important features such as task management, calendar synchronization, collaboration workspaces, resource allocation, and real-time updates into a user-friendly interface. This makes it ideal for organizing fast-paced environments, such as children's coding camps, where coordinating schedules, resources, and communication is critical.

  2. Easy = effective.

It’s an all-in-one software to manage your daily task. It doesn’t have major issues like other apps that have too many features that most team do not need. It’s a pretty good tool because it is easy to use with a Google Integration to connect your meetings and events to your phone calendar. Also, Bordio has a user-friendly interface so even the oldest guy in our team can navigate through different pages easily.

    🏁 Competitors: Trello, Asana, Teamwork

  3. Bordio is our go-to campaign management.

I'd emphasize how Bordio has become an indispensable asset for our marketing team at RelaxTime. From the initial brainstorming stages to the final analysis of our campaign performance, Bordio is very helpful. We consolidate campaign data for future examples so we can know which project is giving us good numbers. For the kind of business that we do, this is a great indicator of our success and Bordio gives us the opportunity to see it more accurately.

Notion Reviews

  1. As someone who's always on the lookout for the perfect productivity app, I was excited to try out Notion. It promises to be an all-in-one tool for everything from note-taking to project management to personal wikis.

From the moment you open Notion, you can tell that it's different from other productivity apps. The interface is sleek and modern, and it's easy to navigate. The app is divided into pages, which can be customized with different templates to fit your needs. You can create to-do lists, databases, wikis, calendars, and more.

One of the things I love about Notion is the ability to create relationships between pages. For example, you can create a database of your favorite books and then link to a page with your book reviews. Or you can create a to-do list and link to a page with notes about the task. This feature makes it easy to keep all of your information in one place and to connect related items.

    🏁 Competitors: Microsoft Loop
    👍 Pros:    Highly customizable|All in one|Collaboration|Cross platform
    👎 Cons:    Steep learning curve
