    If you want to see the transaction description, you can go to a block explorer like https://blockexplorer.com/, paste your transaction hash into the search bar at the top and click on "transactions" tab. You will be able to see all transactions and their descriptions or notes. If you don't have the hash but have a transaction id, you can also go to http://blockexplorer.com/ and paste it there.
