If you want to see the transaction description, you can go to a block explorer like https://blockexplorer.com/, paste your transaction hash into the search bar at the top and click on "transactions" tab. You will be able to see all transactions and their descriptions or notes. If you don't have the hash but have a transaction id, you can also go to http://blockexplorer.com/ and paste it there. I try to search for my btc address (bc1p...) on certain block explorers (blockchain.com, bitinfocharts.com, blockexplorer.com) and I get no results. Then I try the same on different sites (blockstream.info, blockchair.com) and it shows every detail. Source: about 2 years ago

HNS, or Handshake is something I discovered recently unannounced decided to takeover the original Bitcoin Block Explorer (BBE) domain name at https://blockexplorer.com, before it stopped operation (I stopped covering it before it switched to the Insight versions, there is plenty of history I didn't have time to cover - if you get to August 2017 on Internet Archive (FIL was just donated by the Filecoin Foundation...
