If you want to see the transaction description, you can go to a block explorer like https://blockexplorer.com/, paste your transaction hash into the search bar at the top and click on "transactions" tab. I try to search for my btc address (bc1p...) on certain block explorers (blockchain.com, bitinfocharts.com, blockexplorer.com) and I get no results. Then I try the same on different sites (blockstream.info, blockchair.com) and it shows every detail. Source: about 2 years ago
