That sucks, really feel for you. Luckily have never been in this position myself but I assume utilizing free softwares/extensions could be a big help (given that your IT wont block them). Completely avoid. Each job/manager has a different style and will onboard you in their own "special" methods anyway. The biggest key is nailing your interview prep and getting up to speed on the tools sales teams use. You can learn how to use them on youtube/online.
