   Good tool to improve personal skills and apply in university project !

   I am currently in college and have been using Botstar for over 1 year. For me, learning how to use this platform is quite easy and combined with the promotion, the price is reasonable for students. Thanks to BotStar, I was able to apply chatbot to some SMBs and clubs on campus, thereby developing my relationships and skills.

   👍 Pros:    The price of the pro version is good|Dashboards make it easy for me to review, edit, or update.

   👎 Cons:    It would be great if there were more tutorials and examples of complex, advanced flow chatbots to learn from.

   Love it ! Now I have more time, better mood to improve to product & service quality.

   Pretty good for my business budget. The application of chatbot has helped me reduce a burden when I no longer have to do the same things over and over again.

   👍 Pros:    Having average knowledge about coding and intergrations would help you come up with many potential things.|Can create basic calculations from which to calculate money, total bill.

   👎 Cons:    Need more example of advance tool like api or coding stuff.

   That is a wonderful chatbot .

   It can work as a seller with a smooth conversation with predefined data and collected information.

   👍 Pros:    "being able to set up all necessary data in conversation to customers with a smooth flow. handle effectively by striving quickly data from cms support with a range of useful and urgent-needed function like scheduling appointments, displaying web in the chat box"

   👎 Cons:    Unless you have an intensive knowledge of coding, you will not be able to spoil all further applicable features of that chatbot

   User-friendly chatbot creator for non-tech savvy.

   • Never took a programming/coding course but I was still able to easily set up a chatbot flow myself.
   • I just need to save 3 cups of starbucks to be able to use the pro version - reasonable price.

   That's what got me excited when I was introduced to BotStar. Simple and intuitive, a good choice if you don't want to spend too much time learning how to set up a chatbot flow.

   Great chatbot tool to set up automatic response

   I am helping my business building a chatbot that can give them a suitable games base on their age and height. And in BotStar, I was able to import all of my business’s game data easily and take out this data to use again in the chatbot flow. The bot work smoothly as I expect.

   👍 Pros:    Easy to learn to start|Smoothy processing with no lag and sending the appropriate notification for warning chat builder|Collect and store information into cms for data analytics using and so forth

   👎 Cons:    Sometimes, there are some bugs/problem with the function

   In begin stages, I really don't know where to start and what to do. However, after a day with tutorials, I can build a simple bot for myself. With all the features, it nearly adapt my expectation for what a bot can do. Also, I can see firsts result while using this platform as a assistance to help me get closer to be in relationship with customers.

   👎 Cons:    Process in using some features is a little bit complicated, so they need to improve and simplify it. if not, i'am afraid that some fastidious won't like this.

   👎 Cons:    There're some tiny problems when using specific features such as integration, but i've heard botstar are updating them so improve platform's performance so can't wait for this.

    Our company is holding an event which last four days and in these four days the customers will do a lots challenges in order to achieve the final prize. So at the end of that day, the team leaders will need to report us back the activities they have done.

    Thanks to the chatbot, our customers won’t need to contact us or go to the receptionist to report their status. They can fill in anytime they want 24/24 and look for the event’s information. Customers only need to contact our staff when they can’t find the answer inside the chatbot through Human Takeover feature.

    Easy to build chatbot platform + great customer support

    I am not a technical person so I was quite cautious when looking for a tool to support our clients which require fast response and give out suitable service match my customer. And I found BotStar, the Bot Builder is very amazing, it is extremely easy to set up and start working. I was able to design the automatic response flow myself with just some drag and drop actions. I love it.

    The support team is very helpful as well, super quick to respond with the solutions to my troubles! My website has two versions which are French and English and they have supported me in building my own multilingual chatbot that can give out two languages inside one chatbot.

    Our restaurant booking and order rate have increased a lot in the past few months. Our customers can instantly order their food, view the menu right, make the payment in the chatbot flow without calling our restaurant staff. Our staff only need to call the customer back to confirm some information if necessary. This bot helps us save a lot of money, we don’t have to hire another employee to do take the order online anymore.

    A right solution at a right time

    My patients used to complain to me that it's so inconvenient when they have to call me or even come to my clinic to book a seat. But this situation doesn't happen anymore with the help of BotStar. Now. my patients can schedule an appoitment with me in their available time and contact me in a more flexible way.

    So good for a Marketing Agency

    👍 Pros:    Amazing customer support team. always show me how to overcome any question in a very clear way and easy to follow.|Support non-tech folks. i find myself smart while using this app cos it doesn't require you to know technical stuff. the joy of setting up features is wonderful. so i think the patform is quite easy to use|Saving cost. i got 13,000 conversations after 2 months deploying the bot on my sites. it only costs me a small billing. such an amazing tool!

    👎 Cons:    There are bugs sometimes but the team takes actions very quickly.
