So good for a Marketing Agency
Being an agency industry, the various adaptation to our customers is really neccesary. Sometimes, we can handle all the conversation from customer in each specific fields, but when using BotStar, the bot which I build help me proactive in supporting customers and improve customer satisfaction.

🏁 Competitors: Chatfuel, ManyChat

👍 Pros: - branded-app solution to customize our domain|- automate replies on both chat conversation and comments through campaign feature|- allow adding my partner to handle edge cases from our customers|- advanced features for high-tech people to elevate our system

👎 Cons: Process in using some features is a little bit complicated, so they need to improve and simplify it. if not, i'am afraid that some fastidious won't like this.
