Wonderful experience on a chatbot platform
My experience at BotStar is such a wonderful journey. After trying several chatbot platforms, I think BotStar is good enough to get my review. Compared to its cost, the benefits from it are amazing. Not only my sales are improved, but also customer relationships are better than ever.
👍 Pros: Amazing customer support team. always show me how to overcome any question in a very clear way and easy to follow.|Support non-tech folks. i find myself smart while using this app cos it doesn't require you to know technical stuff. the joy of setting up features is wonderful. so i think the patform is quite easy to use|Saving cost. i got 13,000 conversations after 2 months deploying the bot on my sites. it only costs me a small billing. such an amazing tool!👎 Cons: There are bugs sometimes but the team takes actions very quickly.
