Impressive chatbot platform for a newbie
In begin stages, I really don't know where to start and what to do. However, after a day with tutorials, I can build a simple bot for myself. With all the features, it nearly adapt my expectation for what a bot can do. Also, I can see firsts result while using this platform as a assistance to help me get closer to be in relationship with customers.

👍 Pros: Beautiful visual bot flow|Have a free version with key features|- automate replies on both chat conversation and comments through campaign feature|- advanced features for high-tech people to elevate our system|- allow adding my partner to handle edge cases from our customers

👎 Cons: Process in using some features is a little bit complicated, so they need to improve and simplify it. if not, i'am afraid that some fastidious won't like this.
