How accurate are fitbit reading compared to oxymeter?(pulse rate)

I've used overnight pulse oximeter, oura ring, fitbit charge 4 and dreem 2 eeg headband simultaneosly during the night. Heart rate agreement was pretty well between all devices, withint 1-2 bpm range. Resting heart rate measured by fibit in my case have acceptable accuracy. Accuracy during trainging workouts depends on type of activity and less accurate. Heart rate for HIIT or resistance sessions are crappy, but for steady state aerobic is fine. Before comparing heart rate with other people you should understand what heart rate they are talking about. There is average nightly resting hr, daily resting hr (when there is not to much activity). Daily resting may be different if somebody just took short term reading once a day its not comparable with whole day fitbit resting hr.
