I sleep in 2 3-hour blocks and sometimes an additional 2-hour nap, I can't sleep for more than 6 hours at a time, and usually not really more than 4. I was always exhausted. I use the sleepyti.me site to set my sleep cycles and wake up feeling refreshed. I too have about the same schedule (late night) I find sleep pretty interesting and... Source: about 1 year ago

Sleepyti.me will help you choose the best time to wake up between sleep cycles. When I input your normal bed time (10pm) it says to wake at either 5:30am or 7am. It has really helped me in the past when I knew I had limited time to sleep and didn't want to wake up like a zombie. Source: over 1 year ago
Try sleepyti.me to find the right time to go to sleep. It's a lot of stuff about sleep cycles, but it works for me. Getting up at 6:30 means going to sleep at 9:30 or 11:00 so you don't wake up in the middle of a cycle which makes you tired in the morning. Source: over 1 year ago

Bro, this website will change your life. If you don't time your sleep cycles correctly to wake up during REM sleep you get that groggy, where-the-hell-am-I feeling when you wake up. If you time it properly you'll feel super fresh; I've gone through a busy day at work on 4 hours of sleep because I woke up in-between my sleep cycles.sleepyti.me- this will save you, dude. This site will help you figure out when you should go to bed if you need to wake up at a certain time, or when to wake up if you go to sleep now. Source: almost 2 years ago
This is because of WHEN I wake up in my sleep cycle, NOT how many numeric hours I get of sleep. If I wake up halfway through a sleep cycle, it is ridiculously hard to get out of bed and I feel sorta sluggish all day. But if I can manage to wake up at the end of a sleep cycle, I feel great when I wake up! This website has been really helpful in helping me figure out how long I need to sleep in a night....
