There's lots of remote friendly web dev jobs and gigs. My 2cent advice would be to find a fully remote company that you work with directly and learn, this will also help you grow in your skills (beyond just programming) and make you more employable. GitHub Copilot

I have a hunch that some of these AI tools will be similar, as in they can do simpler tasks, and less complex. So in the beginning they might be really helpful with snippets and small parts of the program - see GitHub CoPilot - https://copilot.github.com/. I see this mainly helping speed stuff up for engineers.
