• I kinda miss Radio being a main way to discover music

  If you're a Spotify user I recommend jqbx.fm. It's got a small population so there aren't that many rooms but they play some really good music. I have about 4-5 rooms I hop around when I'm doing work and JQBX has a few cool functions like starring songs which automatically adds it to your Spotify. Source: about 2 years ago

• Does anyone else struggle with finding new music and actually listening to it?

  I discovered a website/app called JQBX a few years ago where a bunch of other music obsessed people share music through premium Spotify. The community there is amazing (and very tight knit), I have discovered 99% of my new favourite bands on there, I usually hang in the room called ☁️ Chill Vibes ☁️.   If you have Spotify Premium check out JQBX. You join genre themed rooms with live chat and join the queue to add your song choices to the rotation. I haven't been in on a while so I don't know how active it is at the moment but it's a fun way to share and discover and talk about music together. Source: over 2 years ago

• Automatic Spotify playlists

  Has there ever been any efforts to make an API for automatic playlists for loved tracks, obsessions, recommendations etc? I know JQBX does it with favorites/queue, so it would be totally possible. The last.fm interface is so inconvenient sometimes, it would be amazing to just have it in a playlist that you don’t have to manually edit. Source: almost 3 years ago

Using Spotify integration you can join any user created room to hang out with others and play music from your own playlists, or just hang out and listen to people play their best!
