I just signed up to honeypot.io but now I see I won't make any use of it since I don't live in the listed countries and apparently georestrictions apply even to the remote job applications. Source: 10 months ago
Keep trying and networking. Look up different job sites like honeypot.io and relocate.me. Source: 10 months ago
The ones I'm already aware of are otta.com , honeypot.io , but I was wondering if there are better ones where there are more UX/UI jobs or where it's easier to land a remote UX/UI Designer job as an EU citizen, without the need to relocate. Source: 11 months ago
Only platform I know that is also relevant to English speaking professionals is honeypot.io. Source: 11 months ago
Regarding questions for the organization, if it is named Cipal Schaubroek, run away and run fast. Go to like https://honeypot.io, or any other expact hire site and find something that's not going to suck the soul out of your body, or do shady shit with taxes and cause you many years of stress and discomfort. Not sure, xing is pretty dead actually. LinkedIn should be fine. You could give honeypot.io a shot, some of the more small companies use that for recruiting. Source: about 1 year ago
Think of a general field of industry that interests you the most currently. Look at the job offers on honeypot.io and such places... Source: about 1 year ago
Maybe also just go and write an email to head-hunting agencies and job-search portals (glassdoor, honeypot.io, maybe LinkedIn etc. Have Bioinformatics/Comp. Biology related forums...) that specialise in that field - i.e. They are probably more than happy to refer you to places you can find out what is the most in-demand programming languages / frameworks / or proprietary software that those businesses use or would... Try https://gun.io/ I have been using it to seek for work and they are better than the other places I have tried. Another notable mention https://honeypot.io. Source: over 1 year ago
Last year I tried honeypot.io and got 1 interview. But this time I haven't received any. So, I was just wondering whether I'm missing anything here. Source: over 1 year ago
For Germany (and some other countries), you can also sign up at honeypot.io which might help you land a job as well. Source: almost 2 years ago
Late answer... Generally it's best to have profiles setup on LinkedIn, Xing (perhaps also honeypot.io ... stepstone.com might also be interesting but it's more corporate). Job ads are a lot on indeed.com (everything from small'ish to large corp) and berlinstartupjobs.com (tiny startups to large scaleups). Source: almost 2 years ago
1: Make a profile on honeypot. It's a reverse hiring platform for developers looking for jobs in Europe. Source: almost 2 years ago
I used one between [hired.com, honeypot.io, talent.io], all services where companies request to speak with you and salary bands are visible beforehand. The offer itself is nothing special, but I live in a country where devs are paid peanuts, that's why the final bump is so remarkable. Still, I was able to negotiate a bit by getting two offers and leveraging one against the other. I'm not obsessed with FLAMINGASS... Source: almost 2 years ago
Actually I did that recently but didn't get an answer... I think my solution is now to just work with recruiters I've talked to previously. Also I created a honeypot.io account. Source: about 2 years ago
Hey there, take a look at honeypot.io. I have had a couple of interviews through their site, I think it'll be of help. Source: over 2 years ago
Something like talent.io, honeypot.io, djinni.co. Basically, the idea is that you put your CV on site and companies apply to you. Source: over 2 years ago
As others have said (yourself included), take your time. The market is wide open for seniors and will be for the foreseeable future. First, start by preparing/updating your CV. Set your online profiles to "open to work" (depending on your urgency maybe even to "actively looking"), e.g. LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Hired.com, honeypot.io, local websites, etc. Take a few (2-3, not too many at once) interviews and regard... In the case of Germany you don't need a prior work permit, you just need a contract in IT and you're good to go. I'll let someone who knows german immigration better to explain the details of work visa or blue card etc. I would say though, I've had friends who have found jobs via honeypot.io and from what they've said it has been great because basically employers find you and invite you to interviews instead of... I cannot speak for other countries but I had signed up in sites like honeypot.io , talent.io and few other reverse hiring sites like these where companies from EU reach out to you. Source: over 2 years ago
If you are a developer take a look at honeypot.io. I have a couple of friends who moved to Germany via them and a couple more who got the offers but decided not to move for personal reasons, all needing visas. Source: over 2 years ago
