The offer itself is nothing special, but I live in a country where devs are paid peanuts, that's why the final bump is so remarkable. Still, I was able to negotiate a bit by getting two offers and leveraging one against the other. I'm not obsessed with FLAMINGASS (or whatever acronym is used today) like most people here, so it was refreshing to see that the interview loop was fair and laid back for all the companies that contacted me.
