Grafana has Grafana Cloud which is their own SaaS Offering if you don’t want to run it on AWS which will get more expensive at scale. They also have a free tier which will give you a dashboard and include Prometheus metrics and their own logging solution Loki in it . But if you just want to get into Grafana right away and aren’t technical enough or don’t want to spend time on the sysadmin side of running your own... Source: about 4 years ago
In order to visualize your Prometheus metrics, you'll need to have an instance of Grafana running somewhere. You could deploy your own Grafana instance on Fly.io by following this guide, but you can also use Grafana Cloud (it has a free plan) --- Grafana Cloud works fine with Fly.
