As a B2B database, ZoomInfo certainly has a lot to offer. Its detailed business information on people and companies is impressive, and I've found it to be a useful resource for researching potential clients and partners.
However, I do have a few criticisms of the product. Firstly, its pricing is quite steep, especially compared to other B2B databases on the market. This makes it difficult for smaller businesses or startups to justify the cost. Additionally, while the information on ZoomInfo is generally accurate and up-to-date, I have come across a few instances where the information was incomplete or outdated.
Despite these drawbacks, ZoomInfo is still a good resource for business information. It just might not be the best option out there. If you're willing to pay for a premium service, then ZoomInfo could be worth considering. However, if you're looking for more cost-effective alternatives, there are several options to consider.
Based on our record, Trustpilot seems to be a lot more popular than ZoomInfo. While we know about 68 links to Trustpilot, we've tracked only 5 mentions of ZoomInfo. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
For the phone calls - there's a decent chance they got your number from zoominfo.com - you can go there and request to be removed. Source: 11 months ago
I just found a few data collator sites, zoominfo.com and signalhire.com are just two - they seem to scrape sites like Linkedin etc and collate everything. Personal numbers can be found pretty easily, if you've ever signed up for a business identification number it could be there, could be in a data leak somewhere - these companies are pretty shady and will buy data from places to just get a lead. I suppose the easiest way is to just search the company on the intrawebs and see what their web site pulls up. You can kind of tell from there and their Yelp reviews/Google reviews, if they are their own company or some kind of contractor type company. I also used zoominfo.com to get a sense of how big the company was. You'll probably be able to tell from there if they are their own company or part of a larger... Source: over 2 years ago
After that, the journey to the hell started: - We clicked on the refund option (there was only a single choice) and it was written in small letters at the bottom, hiding that the money will not be returned, but a "credit" will be provided to be used within 2 years. - Obviously, I didn't like it the credit idea because I wanted the plane ticket or my money back. - the customer service recommended to book it... So we're all going to be scrambling for alternatives. Please check trustpilot.com before you order. Semaspace had good reviews there. A lot of the alternatives do not. Hoping to find a company that's not going to rip me off. Source: 8 months ago
Research and check for legitimate reviews on platforms like trustpilot.com. Lack of reviews or an influx of recent ones could indicate a scam. Source: 10 months ago
I wouldn't know about that website but I can tell you that zenbu-pharma.com is definitely legit. I've used them several times and they have great reviews on trustpilot.com. Source: 11 months ago
So far I've left a bad review on trustpilot.com and Google Play https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.skypicker.main&hl=en&gl=US . Source: 11 months ago
