I've been riding small (<250cc) motorcycles since '77 on and off-road, and with the right gear they can be fine for year-round, all-weather commuting, but I only know of two bikes from Honda (which fit your budget) and the Zero electric motorcycles (which absolutely do not fit your budget) that have automatic or clutchless transmissions. I downloaded the data for this one ride from Garmin Connect and uploaded it to Strava via the "Upload Activity" page on strava.com. The upload seemed to go just fine, but the ride STILL doesn't show up on my Strava dashboard. Source: about 1 year ago

Yes. My activity feed won't load, including activity feeds at the bottom of people's profiles. I cleared all the website data, cache, and cookies for strava.com out of Safari, reloaded, and it worked on the first load, but went back to being broken after that.
