Zbrush is the gold standard and it's not cheap. It has recently switched to subscription only. Zbrush also offers a stripped down free version for beginners and dabblers called Zbrush Core Mini. Had all sorts of fun with VZFit some time ago. Only reason I don't use the service anymore is that my VR fitness regime evolved away from sitting on an exercise bike that wasn't quite perfect for me and I haven't been in the mood to go shopping for a new one.
