Google is the most reliable source for me to find the correct information. Its user-friendly interface and speedy results make searching much easier. DuckDuckGo is really good when it comes to privacy, but just as bad as google with showing information. Even though it doesn't tell you most of the top results on DuckDuckGo are ads, they paid to be the top results. It also tends to filter out non politically correct information. Yippy.com was a great alternative to the mainstream search engines, it reminded me of an improved altavista from back in the day. But yippy.com now redirects to DDG, and I can't find any word as to why. The "Try YIPPY Search" link on yippyinc.com also gets redirected.
