However, I've seen a GoPro (and other camera devices) can stream to Instagram live through a combination of backdoor methods, but almost all I have seen involve a decoder like OBS and YellowDuck (routes the RMTP through your account), Which, unfortunately neither seem to have an android version or counterpart that I can find.
