I said this on ycombinator.com, if Elon spent more time on his business rather than arguing online about covid (which is what he was doing at the time of the outage btw), I feel like less twitter outages would happen and perhaps the Twitter Status would be properly updated. It used to be (years if not decades ago) that a job description posted to ba.jobs.offered or the fledgling monster.com was probably a pretty fair take on what was needed for the job, and it was often written by the hiring manager with input from their team.
